What you get

Everything you need to
build with confidence

One plan. Cut list, materials, hardware, structural check, and assembly guide — all generated for your exact space.

Plan contents

Four outputs, one purchase

Every plan includes all of this. Nothing is gated or add-on.

📏

Cut list

Every panel with exact dimensions, thickness, and quantity. Optimised to reduce waste.

🛒

Materials list

What to buy, how much, and in which format. Ready to hand to a hardware store or timber merchant.

🔩

Assembly guide

Step-by-step build instructions with plain-language callouts. Beginner-grade, no experience assumed.

🛡️

Structural validation

Load capacity, deflection, and racking checks built in. Risks are flagged before you pick up a saw.

Output 1

The cut list

Every piece of wood you need to cut — labelled, dimensioned, and counted. Adjusted for real material thickness so pieces actually fit together.

Panels are sized so the assembled unit matches your space exactly, accounting for board thickness in every joint.

Every panel labelled with its role (side, top, shelf, back…)
Exact width × height dimensions, in your preferred units
Quantity per piece type, totalled
Waste-optimised layout to minimise material cost
Cut list
Piece Dimensions Qty
Side panel 200 × 30 cm ×2
Top panel 78.4 × 30 cm ×1
Bottom panel 78.4 × 30 cm ×1
Shelf 76.8 × 28.5 cm ×4
Back panel 200 × 80 cm ×1
Adjusted for 18mm board thickness
Output 2

The materials list

Exactly what to buy, in what quantity. Formatted so you can walk into a hardware store and hand it over — no interpretation needed.

Includes the sheet material, hardware (screws, dowels, cam locks, shelf pins), and any adhesive or finishing materials needed.

Sheet material type, thickness, and total area required
Screw sizes, types, and count for every joint
Shelf pins, cam locks, or dowels with part counts

Assembly instructions

Step-by-step guide written for someone doing this for the first time. The right sequence, clear language, and no assumed knowledge.

Think IKEA-quality clarity — but for something custom-built to your space.

Numbered steps in correct assembly order
Plain-language descriptions — no jargon
Tool callouts so you know what to have ready
Critical alignment and squaring notes on tricky steps
Wall anchoring instructions where applicable

Assembly guide — excerpt
1
Mark shelf positions on both side panels. Measure from the bottom, mark at 45 cm, 95 cm, 145 cm.
2
Pre-drill 5mm holes at each mark, 10mm deep. Tip: tape your bit at 10mm so you don't drill through.
3
Attach the bottom panel to the left side. Apply glue, align flush, drive 2 × 35mm screws.
4
Add right side panel. Square the frame before tightening — use a carpenter's square at each corner.
Output 4

Structural validation

Every plan is checked against engineering rules before you see it. Load capacity, shelf deflection, and stability — verified against your specific dimensions and material.

If something won't hold, you're told before you build — not after.

Load capacity check for the declared shelf load
Deflection check — shelves that sag are flagged
Racking resistance — lateral stability under load
Tip-over risk check where wall-anchoring is needed
Clear pass / warn / block per check with plain explanation
Structural checks
Load capacity
18mm plywood at 30cm depth handles 25 kg/shelf comfortably. Rated to 40 kg.
Deflection
80cm span with 18mm board deflects 1.4mm under 25 kg. Within acceptable range.
Racking resistance
Back panel glued + screwed provides adequate lateral bracing.
Tip-over risk
At 200cm height, wall anchoring is recommended. Hardware included in materials list.
